The Golden Glass,

The event will feature more than 100 wineries from around the world (don't miss the whites from Spain's Martinsancho) that are certified organic or biodynamic, or just take care of the local ecosystem with sustainable farming methods like cover crops. There will also be more than 30 local and/or sustainable food producers on hand (and FYI: By the time you say "Fatted Calf" we'll have cleaned out their pasture-raised, hormone-free salumi).
